Job Summary |
Come join us in reshaping the future! The William B. Hanson Center for Space Sciences at The University of Texas at Dallas conducts a vigorous research program in Space Plasma Physics. Our goal is to advance our understanding of the evolution of Solar System bodies and their interaction with the Sun. The Center seeks a qualified Laboratory Manager/Technician to join its collaborative team. This individual will provide a wide range of technical services in a laboratory environment including the assembly of space flight hardware for a NASA mission. |
Minimum Education and Experience | High school graduation or GED, supplemented by technical training in areas related to the specific research activity, college-level courses in physics, electrical engineering, & related disciplines, or completion of associate degree in electronics; 8 yrs exp in the skilled construction, operation & maintenance of sophisticated electronic equipment, including 3 yrs of exp in scientific research & field operations in the particular branch of technology or science involved; or any equivalent combination of education or exp. |
