Company OverviewAll three restaurants are locally owned with fine dining. BL Bistro has been voted "best restaurant" and "best place to see and be seen" in the "Best of Amarillo 2008." BL Bistro has been in business since the summer of 2000. Zen 721 opened in December of 2003 and has also been recognized in the Best of Amarillo for "best downtown restaurant" and "best eclectic cuisine."
