Job Opportunities

For our primary business of repair, overhaul and maintenance of aeroderived industrial gas generators manufactured by Rolls-Royce plc, our workforce is sourced from a number of key backgrounds.

Over 25% are ex Rolls-Royce plc trained whilst nearly half have acquired their skills on Military and Civil Airline aero engines. The balance of the workforce have complementary experience or have acquired their skills as Roll Wood Group apprentices.

The repair and overhaul operations are actively supported by our Component Repair Division. Here the workscopes require individuals with a mechanical engineering background who are capable of utilising high technology repair and coating techniques.

Key activities are the development of innovative repair schemes and the design of tooling and fixtures for example.
