Medical Insurance
Eligibility the first day of work. Choice of plan options and no primary care physicians or doctor referrals required. Employee contribution for medical benefits is based on choice of coverage.

    Vision Insurance
    Coverage for eye exams, frames, lenses and contacts.

401(k) Plan

Short-Term Disability Insurance
Provided after 12 months of service.

Long-Term Disability Insurance
Provided after 12 months of service. Employees may purchase LTD before their one-year eligibility.

Paid Vacation and Sick Leave
Employees are entitled to ten days of paid vacation and five days of sick leave each calendar year. After five years of service, employees accumulate 15 days of vacation.

Computer-Based Training
Access to web-based training on over 700 technical and end-user courses. Computer-based training at most branch locations.

Law Phone Program
Optional plan delivers discounted legal and financial services, plus unlimited access to telephone consultants. Includes simple will preparation, legal document review, and tax and financial counseling.

Travel and Expense Reimbursements
