Benefits: Our compensation package offers a base salary plus straight time overtime for the staff through senior level and a base salary plus bonuses for the manager level and above. MFSL provides eligible full-time personnel, at no cost, long-term disability and life insurance. Other insurance options are available at a cost to you. Full time employees are eligible to contribute to the 401(k) plan, beginning on the 1st day of the first true month of employment. The Firm provides a contribution for all employees enrolled in the plan after one year of service. Section 125 Reimbursement accounts are available to reduce taxable income by designating pre-tax dollars from your salary to reimburse yourself for certain eligible health care and dependent daycare expenses. MFSL observes 8 holidays each year. At the beginning of each year, the Firm has the discretion of providing 2 additional floating holidays. Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued each month. The Staff through the Senior level will earn 17 days during the first 5 years of employment. After 5 years of employment you earn 20 days of PTO. PTO can be used for vacations, illness or any other personal paid time off. Covered garage parking is provided to you at no cost. MFSL supports and encourages your involvement in the CPA societies. Reimbursement is provided for annual dues, membership fees and meeting expenses for organizations in which you become active at the Firm’s request. MFSL provides for continuing professional education through courses and seminars conducted by us and by external organizations. If the Firm requests that you attend an educational program, approved expenses are reimbursed. MFSL has a semi annual review process. This provides for promotion opportunities twice each year. MFSL will make a reasonable effort to accommodate you if you have a need for an alternative work arrangement. You can dress business casual everyday.
