Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas is working to assist job seekers by offering a wide variety of innovative programs to meet their employment needs.

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is the state government agency charged with overseeing and providing workforce development services to employers and job seekers of Texas. For employers, TWC offers recruiting, retention, training and retraining, and outplacement services as well as valuable information on labor law and labor market statistics. For job seekers, TWC offers career development information, job search resources, training programs, and, as appropriate, unemployment benefits.

North Central Texas WorkForce has been providing workforce solutions to over 1.8 million employers and jobseekers in the North Central Texas region since 1996. Our primary goal is to help employers find the right employees to meet their business needs. With 15 workforce centers to serve you as well as on-line assistance, we can find the right solution for you.

Our mission is to utilize our complement of Talent, Technology and Consulting capabilities to offer expert solutions to enhance workforce flexibility, productivity and profitability.

Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas is the local organization mandated to implement a system of services that complement economic development - as a resource for employers to access the quality employees they need, and training individuals to be successfully employed. Workforce Solutions administers a broad range of programs to address local workforce issues with business-directed objectives, including job training, workplace education, child care and educational initiatives to provide the necessary support for every citizen of Dallas County to be successful at work.

Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas provides leadership to our extensive network of Workforce Centers and service providers who are dedicated to assisting employers in finding the right employee.

This Association is formed for the following purpose, goals and objectives: To imbue Veterans County Service Officers with a deeper understanding of their responsibilities to veterans and their dependents, to instill into every Veterans County Service Officer a sense of pride in their work, and to develop greater security and remuneration for the profession of Veterans County Service Officers.

This mission of Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County, as a partnership of community resources, is to ensure the economic vitality of our community by building and maintaining a quality workforce development system that strengthens and provides economic, educational and developmental opportunities for all people including children and youth.

The Texas Veterans Commission was created in 1927 as the State Service Office to assist veterans of the Indian wars, Spanish-American War and World War I. Our purpose has always been to act as the state appointed advocate of Texas veterans as they attempt to secure the benefits rightfully earned in exchange for their service in our nation’s armed forces.

Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas provides leadership to our extensive network of Workforce Centers and service providers who are dedicated to assisting employers in finding the right employee. Our service area includes Collin, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, and Wise counties. This area is home to over 2.3 million residents, 47,000 businesses and over 1.2 million workers.

Workforce Solutions Permian Basin is funded by state and federal tax dollars that are redirected back into the 17 counties of the Permian Basin. The Multi-County region consists of: Andrews, Borden, Crane, Dawson, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward and Winkler.

WorkSource administers a broad range of programs to address local workforce issues with business-directed objectives, including job training, workplace education, child care and educational initiatives to provide the necessary support for every citizen of Dallas County to be successful at work.
