Summary:
FLRC Maintenance Manager (Assistant Site Manager) - Provides on-site, maintenance management and oversight for the FLRC. Overall responsible for coordinating and executing the maintenance tasks as outlined in the Government Task Order Response (TOR) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) - while under the supervision of the Stanley on-site Project Manager (PM).

Specific Duties:

* Provide direction, guidance and leadership for all FLRC maintenance related activities;
* Manage and direct support of maintenance related operations - Supply, Production Control, Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC), Safety, and Environmental/Hazardous Material;
* Serves as Assistant Project Manager/Site Manager; performs PM/Site manager functions during incumbents absence;
* Ensures completion of assigned tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints;
* Schedules and assigns maintenance related duties to subordinates and subcontractors - ensures assignments are completed as directed and to standard;
* Enforces maintenance work standards to ensure FLRC activities are in compliance with contract requirements and government regulations;
* Monitors safety and environmental programs to ensure activities and employees are in compliance with regulatory requirements;
* Reports to the on-site PM and Interfaces with the Government FLRC Management personnel;
* Conducts business practices to ensure supply, production control, and quality assurance/control requirements are met;
* Supervises and manages the daily maintenance reports associated with FLRC operations. Includes utilization of business/computer systems and government STAMIS systems;
* Optimizes planning, operations, and resources to ensure maximum maintenance capability is attained;
* Provide written and oral reports to the PM and COR - including project reports, automation reports, work loading reports, throughput, and maintenance projections

Required Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years directly related work experience i in private or military sector related to FLRC maintenance operations and contract performance or FLRC equivalent is required.

Additional Requirements:

* Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.
* Possession of an ACTIVE SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; US Citizenship is required.
* Ability to travel up to 25% or less.
* Maintenance, Supply, and Production Control experience at the Division, Corps, or higher level;
* Familiarity with Army Field Sustainment Brigade/Battalion (AFSB), Distribution Management Team (DMT) and Logistics Support Element (LSE) operations;
* Understanding of Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) processes;
* Experience with Army STAMIS systems;
* Training in Safety, Environmental and Hazardous Material;
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project, Outlook)
* Work schedule must be flexible in order to manage maintenance operations that ensure mission accomplishment;

Desired Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:
Preferred:

* A BS degree in Business, Purchasing, or Logistics Management; former CWO or Field Grade officer with Maintenance background is desirable;
* Logistics and Maintenance Management Certifications/Qualifications desired;
* Safety, Environmental and Hazardous Material Certifications are a plus;
* Familiar with the Wildcat Maintenance Management System (WMMS)
