| Summary: |
FLRC Quality Control Manager - Provides on-site, quality control management and oversight for the FLRC. Overall responsible for coordinating and executing the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Quality Control (QC) as outlined in the Government Task Order Response (TOR) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) - while under the supervision of the Stanley Project Manager (PM).
Specific Duties:
* Provide direction and guidance for daily execution of the FLRC Quality Control Plan and Team Stanley's Quality Management System (QMS) in all FLRC functional areas (operations, maintenance, supply, logistics services, safety, and environment/Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT); * Responsible for QC planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting of FLRC QC activities; * Ensure high quality contract work units, products, and services in support of FLRC operations; * Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines and procedures in each assigned tasks; * Develop, define, and report major and minor characteristics of quality including quality metric and scoring parameters and determines requisite quality control resources for use on site. * Monitor the QMS at each facility performing the work; * Exercise the guidelines established in ISO 9001:2008 through designated ISO/QMS representatives and inspectors; * Enforce quality control work standards to ensure FLRC activities are in compliance with contract requirements and government regulations; conduct formal and informal reviews on quality; * Provide oversight of safety and environmental processes in the workplace to ensure activities and employees are in compliance with regulatory requirements; * Interfaces with the Government FLRC Management personnel and Team Stanley's corporate ISO/QMS managers for all QMS related issues; * Optimizes ISO processes, operations, and resources to ensure maximum quality control capability is attained; * Provide written and oral quality control reports to the Project Manager (PM) and COR.

| Required Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities: |
Associates Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years directly related work experience in private or military sector related to FLRC quality control or FLRC equivalent is required.
Additional Requirements:
* Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment. * Possession of an INTERIM SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; Ability to maintain a SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US Citizenship is required. * Ability to travel up to 25% or less. * Quality control experience at the field or sustainment level; * Certified Quality Control/Assurance manager; * Certified Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt); * Experience with Army STAMIS and QMS systems; * Experience and expertise in the ISO 9000 series processes and methodologies; * Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project, Outlook) * Familiar with Army Field Sustainment Brigade/Battalion (AFSB), Distribution Management Team (DMT) and Logistics Support Element (LSE) operations; * Familiar with Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) processes. * Work schedule must be flexible in order to manage quality control and to ensure mission accomplishment; * Trained or Certified in Safety and Hazardous Material operations/handling;
