Job Summary

The MDS COORDINATOR needed for busy skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility

Must have experience with MDS / PPS process

Be willing to learn and open to a well defined process in accordance with CMS rules and regs

Must be able to function with a spirit of cooperation in a team environment

Must be an LVN or RN in good standing and able to successfully complete drug and background screening
