	Duties and Responsibilities
		Responsible for managing all aspects of email communications to RadioShack customers and prospects, including planning campaigns, communication streams, targeting recipients, managing available offers, developing profiles, testing, creative oversight, backend analysis and applied learning?s; and creating/managing promotions, partnerships and store initiatives to drive the collection of new email addresses.
	Skills and Education
		- Bachelor's degree - 5 or more years of experience in Direct Marketing/Direct Mail/CRM is a MUST - 3 or more years of experience managing and executing email campaigns - Experience in a retail environment - Basic understanding of HTML, landing pages, databases and email blasting technology - Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills eoe/aa
