Ecolab Small Business Solutions currently has an opening for a Financial Analyst located in it's Fort Worth, Texas office.

• Coordinate the month-end close process
  
• Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial reporting requirements
  
• Support and develop the annual plan and monthly forecasting processes
  
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales trend reports
  
• Leverage Wal-Mart’s Retail Link database system to: analyze business trends by SKU, analyze SKU performance by region, calculate sell thru on various types of promotions and events, etc.
  
• Works closely with Operations to maintain effective cost controls
  
• Maintains divisional accounting policy and procedures consistent with GAAP
  
• Calculate return on investment for various marketing programs
  
• Ad-hoc projects and requests
  

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  
• Three plus years of financial analysis experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• High attention to detail, self motivated and the ability to work independently
  
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  
• Must be results oriented; proactive and have a high level of integrity
  
• Experience with Retail Link database
  
• Strong PC and systems skills required, proficient in SAP, Hyperion and Microsoft Office products
