For more information about ADP visit the company's Web site at www.ADP.com. Manager - Staffing Coordination & HR Fulfillment Lead the daily activities of the El Paso based Staffing Coordination Team. Primary responsibilities are to assist the Staffing Department with the accurate and efficient onboarding of ADP Associates. Management responsibilities include leading and managing onsite team of 5 - 10 direct reports in our El Paso office; may manage virtual and/or offshore team members. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead all daily activities of the Staffing Coordinator/HR Fulfillment Team group ensuring appropriate onboarding support is delivered in an effective and timely manner. * Establish clearly defined department and individual goals and objectives and communicates these through meetings and performance planning. Provides periodic performance feedback versus objectives and conducts annual performance reviews. Responsible for hiring, talent management and terminations as required. * Evaluate and manage the Staffing Coordinators’ workflow as well as staffing levels to ensure efficient distribution of duties within the team and recalibrate as necessary to continue to deliver to all constituents. * Manage delivery of services within team’s budget. Ensures adherence to established budget process. * Identify the team’s training requirements and ensures timely and effective training is provided, both formal and on-the-job to enhance the skill base of the team. * Recommend and develop improved processes and efficiencies to deliver effective onboarding, in conjunction with HR Payroll Services management team. * Evaluate departmental processes and efficiencies to include process mapping, identifying components of and delivery of Service Level Agreements - all ensure the strategic alignment of Staffing Coordination within Human Resources. * Manage the complexity of acquisitions as it relates to the on boarding of acquired associates. Participate on project team, finalizing details and demonstrate flexibility to execute immediately. * This position will partner with the Manager of Staffing Coordination in our Augusta GA office. |
| QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic): |
Education BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management preferred or equivalent in experience and education. Experience 7-10 years experience in Staffing/Human Resources; must include managing direct reports. Knowledge of overall staffing operations. Expertise in federal hiring requirements to include I-9 and eVerify. Demonstrated leadership/managerial experience Ability to assess performance and provide motivational support to team. Strong knowledge of federal, state and local human resources laws and regulations as they relate to recruiting. Demonstrated proficiency in time management and conflict resolution. Other skills Effective communication skills required. High level of self initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong time management skills with attention to detail. Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility and resilience. Effective problem solving, project management, and analytical skills required. Presentation skills required. Excellent computer skills required: MS Office, VirtualEdge (preferred) or similar online ATS, Salesforce.com. This position is located in the El Paso, TX.
