Duties and Responsibilities |

|
Responsible for developing, executing and stewarding digital media investments (including, but not limited to, online display advertising and search engine marketing) that drive profitable sales growth and traffic (both in-store and online) while building brand perception. Supporting category, channel and customer marketing groups to deliver innovative and effective digital media solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional groups throughout marketing organization. Working with media and creative agencies to develop unique and strategically appropriate online display and SEM approaches and evaluate performance. Managing day to day implementation and optimization of campaign activities as well as managing digital media budget, maintaining media spend summaries.

Skills and Education |

- Bachelor's degree - 5 years of digital marketing communications and/or e-Commerce experience - 3 years of retail promotion experience highly desired and preferred - 5 years of advertising agency, digital agency and/or client-side experience - Conversant in all things digital; Online Display Advertising, e-Commerce; Paid Search, SEO Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, Mobile Marketing, and other new and emerging media - Ability to identify and leverage digital trends - Ability to judge results of promotional efforts and make decisions which lead to optimal results - Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
