JOB SUMMARY

Headway Corporate Resources in partnership with Hickory Farms seeking outgoing people who are friendly and customer service oriented for great opportunities in local mall locations!

For over 50 years, Hickory Farms has brought classic American tastes to tables across the country. Our premium gourmet products can be found at our Holiday Gift Centers in shopping malls during the holiday season. You and all the members of our retail operations are the forefront of a very important Hickory Farms team, TEAM PREMIUM. We know that our success is built on the quality of our associates. Our Brand Champions must provide our guests with a gourmet gift buying experience to remember. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, guest-service and sales driven people to fill these Retail Sales Associate / Brand Champions positions.

Sales Associates / Brand Champions are responsible for approaching EVERY guest with a uniquely friendly and positive attitude. Experience in retail sales is a plus. The majority of these positions are part-time and work hours will vary. The season usually begins at the start of November and continues through the end of December.

Key Elements and Expectations

Daily creating an exciting gourmet shopping experience for our discerning guests and providing excellent guest service.

Connecting guests and prospective guests with our gourmet products by offering samples around the kiosk

Working in a busy mall environment

Standing and walking with the exception of breaks and/or lunches

Kneeling, bending and lifting 20 – 50 pounds on a regular basis to stock product in the kiosk

Multi-tasking: ensuring that the kiosk is clean and fully stocked, using the POS and answering product questions in person and on the telephone, while always placing the highest emphasis on the guest experience.

Working evening and weekend shifts. Associates are required to work specific days and
requests off may not be permitted.

Focusing on inventory control, loss prevention & safety compliance

Sharing the Hickory Farms brand by wearing a Hickory Farms Apron, dark slacks or skirt and a long sleeved, white collared shirt
