Position Description

Account Development Representative


The Account Development Representative (ADR) will drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction within the T-Mobile Retail Partners Sales (RPS) channel. This position will provide daily support, training, and side-by-side selling to all RPS accounts, strengthening the T-Mobile Brand, Product, and Service offerings. It will play a critical role in building preference through relationships and T-Mobile merchandising standards. The ADR is accountable to provide effective training to ensure that T-Mobile retailers are very knowledgeable of all products and services. This position is expected to achieve sales objectives, increase customer satisfaction, and play an active role in ensuring the Best Place to Work.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


T-Mobile Retail Partner Sales Account Development Reps (ADR) are challenged to:
Conduct daily site visits to Retail Partner Sales locations providing sales support and training.
Conduct side-by-side selling and coaching on delivering effective customer service.
Deliver and replenish merchandise materials ensuring proper product placement, maintenance, and brand compliance.
Develop positive business relationships with assigned T-Mobile partners. Serve as a point of contact for questions or problems including individual customer issues.
Provide ongoing T-Mobile product and service training.
Organize and execute sales events.
Participate in weekly sales meeting providing competitive updates, sales and metric performance, and weekly achievements. Participate in and complete required Sales and Mobility training.
Time and activity management for daily schedule.
Manage expenses for events and business purposes.
Resolve customer service issues.
Prioritize activities and store visits to maximize sales productivity.


Requirements:
Functional / Technical Skills:
MS Office experience required.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
Highly adaptive to fast paced and constantly changing work environment.
Education & Experience:
H.S. Diploma required.
College Degree (preferred)
Minimum of 1-2 years retail sales or customer service.
Wireless Experience is a plus.
Valid drivers license, good driving record, and proof of insurance required.
Environmental / Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Car and air travel required.
Business Casual Work Environment.
