This is a Clinical Supervisor role in the Complex Medical Condition (CMC) suite of products, and will lead within the Women's Health Services products including NICU.
Position Description:
This role is responsible for supervising a team of nurses who deliver service across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating), with a primary focus on onsite service at hospital facilities. This role may also be responsible for providing health education, coaching and treatment decision support for members. This role manages RNs who identify, coordinate, or provide appropriate levels of care, while working closely with Product Development and Medical Directors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plays significant role in setting direction and participating in developing new programs
- Resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
- Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning activities
- Travels approximately 25% of time
