We are currently seeking a talented Sr. Competitive Intelligence Analyst for our San Antonio, TX facility.

As a Sr. Competitive Intelligence Analyst for USAA, you will provide integrated analysis of the competitive landscape to proactively drive operational, tactical, innovative and strategic business decisions.

Job Duties:

• Work with senior leadership to identify key competitive intelligence requirements.
  
• Manage a wide range of professionals and practitioners in intelligence collection activities.
  
• Analyze information from sources, assess the value of those sources, and merge with insight related to USAA.
  
• Identify, plan, and manage competitive intelligence activities.
  
• Ensure application of 'best in class' competitive intelligence methodologies to address industry issues.
  
• Serve as the key source for competitive intelligence information for specific products/lines of business at USAA.
  
• Debrief, present, and interview senior leaders related to the intelligence cycle; advise them on next steps.

Minimum Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience .
  
• 10+ years of experience in competitive analysis/intelligence or related research field.
  
• Demonstrated success in creating/maintaining relationships with senior business leaders.
  
• Highly developed critical thinking/analysis skills; ability to identify trends.

Preferred:

• Experience in the financial services field; focus on investment management industry and financial analysis.
  
• Candidate has demonstrated knowledge of the High Net worth, Brokerage, Mutual Fund, and Retirement landscapes.
  
• Graduate degree preferred.
