The Senior Marketing Manager leads the team responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet the organizational objectives of a Fortune 500 company. He/she will conduct and evaluate customer research, market analysis, competitor information focused on driving sales growth. This position will be responsible for segment-wide marketing programs and will work closely with the R&D, Product and Creative teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Develops annual customer marketing plans in conjunction with VP of Marketing, VP of Sales and General Manager focusing on meeting organizational objectives
Develops and maintains marketing collateral with specific market requirements for new program and product launches
Determine staffing requirements and hire, train and lead team according to team and individual performance objectives
Lead market research to determine market requirements for existing and future marketing programs
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Manage the productivity of the marketing team ensuring objectives and deadlines are met
Using performance data (financial, sales and activity reports), monitor and measure marketing productivity, goal progress and activity levels
Work closely with the other marketing functions Creative, Product Team, and E-Commerce to deliver annual business and marketing objectives
Liaison to public relations firm to develop annual PR plan
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
7-8 years of professional/marketing experience
1-3 years of supervisory experience.
2-3 years of project management experience within large, complex organizations.

Strong PC and systems skills, proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office products.
