Ecolab Food Safety Specialties is the world’s leading distributor of food safety solutions. Food Safety Specialties offers a wide array of food safety products and services including its original day-of-the week food safety labels, specialized training courses and numerous tools and systems.



The Marketing Coordinator is responsible
for coordinating many different activities for the Marketing department. Includes quarterly magazine coordination, budget responsibilities, marketing program coordination and administrative support for entire Marketing team.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Works closely with Marketing Management team on various projects and programs
  • Provide administrative support for team including travel, reporting, meeting coordination and tradeshow support
  • Maintain Sharepoint site for Corporate Account and Field Sales team.
  • Coordinate magazine editorial schedule with all writers, divisions and industry experts.
  • Assist with copywriting and catalog proofing.
  • Assist with Marketing budget including purchase orders and expense reporting.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

  • High attention to detail, self motivated and the ability to work independently.
  • Results oriented; proactive and have a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as other pertinent software and a strong aptitude for learning.
  • Strong in proofreading, visual/spatial skills, and experience working in graphics layout and graphics layout applications.
