Instrument Service Specialist

Description:

Candidate is responsible for providing basic level instrument support services for the Instrument Services Group.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate equipment stored in the warehouse for functionality
• Recover parts from non-functional equipment
• Test and evaluate parts
• Instrument refurbishment
• Instrument preventitive maintenance and performance testing
• Install software
• Inventory and organize parts and equipment
• Data entry
• ISG Support Center facility maintenance
• QA Regulatory compliance
• Maintain positive relationships between staff and customer contacts

Requirements:

• AA or equivalent and/or 6 months-1 year of relevant experience
• Problem solving skills and outstanding customer service skills
• This position will include some equipment transfer duties that require some moderate lifting
• "WE WILL TRAIN" in all aspects of equipment repair
