| McKesson Corporation is seeking to fill multiple FULL-TIME Entry Level positions in Medical Billing locally in our Greenville TX office! Typical work schedule would be Monday-Friday 8a-5p or 9a-6p. Please submit work history and salary requirement with your application. |
| Position Description |
| You will be entrusted with answering patient inquiry calls and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner as well as researching / resolving any issues or concerns patients may have with their accounts. May also contact insurance carriers, patients and other facilities as needed to get maximum payment on accounts and identify issues or changes to achieve client profitability. Quality Assurance Standards and HIPAA rules are a must at all times. Good listening skills and patience is necessary. This job requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complex phone calls in regards to patient accounts and insurance inquiries. Training provided. |
| Minimum Requirements |
| 1 year customer service experience required / call center preferred
Typing speed of 35 wpm / 10-key by touch & basic computer proficiency
Demonstrated administrative/clerical skills
Demonstrated professional communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in healthcare, medical billing or accounting is preferred but not required / Bi-lingual in Spanish is a BIG PLUS. Also preferred - demonstrated stability in work history.
Physical Requirements/General Office Demands - some lifting of file boxes on occasion |
