Job TitleIndustrial Equipment Maintenance Technician IIJob Description SummaryResponsible for the proper maintenance and calibration of all mechanical systems and equipment. This includes but is not limited to: microscopes, ovens, hardness testers, incubators, x-ray's, analytical equipment, paint preparation tools, light booth, sealer application viscometers, hydrometers, chemical viscometer, heat deflection tester, impact tester, bench top tensile tester, floor tensile tester's, magna flux, Ericson tester, oscilloscopes, digital recorders, analog and digital input modules, load cells, shunts, accelerometers, balances, H2O baths, DC power supplies and temperature controllers.Job Description
- Manage and record calibrations inside of CMMS system
- Comply with calibrations standards (similar to ISO 9000)
- Perform maintenance and repairs to all building systems
- Escorting of vendors, restore equipment loss, report deficiencies for corrective action.
- Respond to all trouble calls and troubleshoot the systems to meet the operational and comfort needs of the building occupants.
- Be proficient in the functionality of the building automation system and understand the sequences required for proper building operations.
- Work with engineers, contractors and consultants in evaluating the proper operation of the building systems.
- Maintain a professional, safe and clean work area. Comply with C&W Services and OSHA Safety Policies and Regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ensures assigned work tasks meet quality standards.
- Promotes the development of quality improvements through the initiation of process improvements.
- Complete all work order paper/computer work
