POSITION PROFILE:

  • Library Updates - Order samples for clients as needed.

  • Binders - Make sure binders are up-to-date in the showroom so they can be given to clients and switched out for old ones. White-out discontinued items and add new cards.
  • Memo Updates - refresh memo bins that reps bring back from design firms to be returned.
  • File all memos and new collections.
  • Pull memos/samples for designer and ship, deliver or messenger.
  • Keep showroom samples up to date - pull discontinued samples, white-out colorways on cards, add new folders for new introductions.
  • Library Update Bags - Create labels, order cards and memos, include any binder spine label or additional marketing info in the bags.
  • Assist in updating designer libraries
  • Help reps pull rotations for designers.
  • Have "grab and go" rotations ready so clients can take memos from rep's rotation.
