Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Managers with customer service support to Mideast area fluid and ingredient customers.

• Provide support to the Mobile Manifest project team to transition Mideast customers to electronic manifests

• Help monitor load quality and delivery performance through daily reports, performance tracking and analysis to ensure customer receiving standards are met

• Assist Account Managers to research and respond to routine inquires, requests, corrective actions and concerns from Mideast customers and help coordinate with other DFA departments
  
  
• Participate in weekly status meetings and special projects as needed

The qualified candidate will be a junior of senior in the fall of 2022 with a degree focus in Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Agribusiness or Business.
