PURPOSE: Provide support to the Human Resources Department by assisting with activities relating to employee recruitment, training, and engagement. Responsibilities Assist with recordkeeping, training documentation, and data entry. Support hiring activities through applicant phone screening, testing, reference checks and job offers. Assist with New Hire Orientation and new hire on boarding. Assist with Employee Relations - answer employee inquiries, support eventsetc. Support Company Activities and Employee Recognition events. Special Projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications College Student with coursework in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
