Committed to the careers industry for more than 20 years, I have guided thousands of clients in designing progressive job search strategies and campaigns that get the results they desire. My passion lies in identifying clients’ innate talents, unearthing their executive brand, crystallizing their message, articulating their value proposition, and creating dynamic marketing materials and job search strategies to achieve a successful landing. As Director and Lead Instructor for Job Search Academy, I co-created curriculum for the Certified Job Search Strategist program that is receiving rave reviews from experienced leaders as well as emerging stars in the field of job search strategy. As one who enjoys teaching and sharing, I have been a presenter at several conferences including the Career Thought Leaders 2010 inaugural conference, several Career Management Alliance conferences, and The Academies virtual conferences. In addition to presenting and teaching, I’ve been published in 23 career books and enjoy “expert status” affiliations with RiteSite.com and ExecuNet.com. Among the first in the industry to earn the Career Management Alliance’s (formerly Career Masters Institute) Credentialed Career Manager and Master Resume Writer credentials, I was invited to join the organization’s Master Team and served as the Credentialing Master for seven years.
