Intern Assignment:

Helping with functions from Sales Logistics Coordinators such as order entry, contract entry, credits/debits, logging, attaching in SAP, expediting, etc

Essential Functions:

This list is possible functions not limited to the below it will depend on the needs of the Sales Logistics Coordinator"

1. Creation of customer orders, CS contracts, invoices, credit and debit notes, and related documents in SAP.

2. Expedite material that the customer has requested we try and improve our promised delivery date.

3. Attach relevant documents in SAP

4. Send invoices to customers

Technical:

1.Basic knowledge + of Microsoft Excel

2.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, & Powerpoint

3.Basic knowledge of Supply Chain

Core:

1.Completes tasks in an appropriate manner with an ability to multitask as needed

2.Analytical, organized and detail oriented

3.Able to adapt quickly to new tasks and working conditions

4.Teamwork (successful cooperation with others in the execution of joint tasks, sharing of information, respectful to others and inclusive attitude)
