The Service Technician III provides service and repair of commercial cooking equipment. The Tech III holds three of four CFESA certifications and is trained in at least two skill sets. maintains productivity, and currently holds three of the four CFESA certifications and is assigned to the on call roster.and demonstrates to lead, mentor, train, and lead other team members
