Who we're looking for

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced senior manager to lead a team of leaders and senior engineers responsible for delivering a world-class productivity and collaboration experience to our workforce. The Senior Manager will oversee teams focused on Microsoft 365, unified communications and telephony services, collaboration solutions, and end-user compute engineering to a distributed, hybrid workforce.

What you'll be doing

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure individual and team goals are met.

  • Manage performance evaluations, career development, and succession planning for the team.

Technology Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for technology initiatives within the Microsoft 365, Unified Communications, Collaboration Services, and End User Compute Engineering domains.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions that enhance employee experience.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our technology offerings.

Self-Service and Automation:

  • Drive initiatives to enable self-service capabilities and automation across all supported technology areas.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and increase efficiency through automation.

  • Champion the adoption of self-service tools and platforms to empower employees to resolve issues independently.

Employee Experience Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the employee technology experience.

  • Implement strategies to enhance user satisfaction, productivity, and engagement through technology solutions.

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics related to employee experience and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement.

Vendor Management and Partnerships:

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and drive value-added partnerships to support our technology initiatives.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience (8 years) in managing teams responsible for Microsoft 365, Unified Communications, Collaboration Services, and End User Compute Engineering.

  • Strong understanding of self-service technologies, automation frameworks, and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
