We are offering a $1,000 joining bonus
Collections Specialist is responsible for handling delinquent consumer loans using a variety of collections and customer service techniques.
This role includes:
- Identify accounts with overdue payments
- Find solutions to help bring their loan to a current status
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
- Outbound/Inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed
- All in compliance with Regional’s collections policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 1 year of Customer service experience required
- 1+ year of Collection experience preferred
- Bilingual/Spanish - preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Problem-solving skills, decision maker and solution oriented
- Experience with skip tracing
Compensation and benefits
- $18.00- $20.00 per hour
- 1st 90-days – guaranteed bonus minimum of $200
- Monthly Incentive pay – Up to $ 1500
- $1000 Joining Bonus

Work Schedule
- Monday- Friday - 4 shifts of 9:00am – 6:00pm and 1 shift of 12:00pm – 9:00pm
- Opportunity for overtime and weekend work available
