Our growing Dallas office is seeking an Electrical Engineer with seven or more years of experience in the consulting engineering field, who is passionate about their craft and looking for an environment that promotes professional growth. The desired individual should be comfortable consulting to architects, owners, and general contractors, and have a desire to work as part of a multidiscipline engineering team. We value self-motivated individuals with an enthusiastic mindset, an interest to work on diverse projects, and attention to detail to deliver quality engineering services.

Requirements Include:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university
• Minimum seven years of relevant electrical engineering experience
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering
• Design electrical and lighting plans and specifications for a variety of building types
• Contribute to Coffman’s marketing and business initiatives as needed
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit, Bluebeam, and general electronic drawing format software (Preferred)
• Experience in telecommunications and security design (Preferred)
• Desire to lead inter-disciplinary projects and project teams
