• Delivers radiation therapy treatments.
• Performs manual calculations.
• Fabricates custom shielding blocks.
• Able to perform Q.A. checks adn warm-up Linear Accelerators.
• Maintains constant communicationwith patients and family members to lend support and provide information concerning treatment.
• Ensures that all efforts are directed in constantly improving customer (e.g. patient and physician) satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school of radiation therapy technology or a school of radiologic technology and one year radiation therapy program.
• Must be registered by the American REgistry of Radiologic Technology in Radiation Therapy and licensed by the State of Texas.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Two years of experience.
