HF Sinclair in Dallas, Texas is seeking an Environmental Counsel to join its legal department. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, EHS, the Environmental Counsel will assist the legal department on all legal aspects of environmental matters across the Company's business segments: refining, marketing, midstream, renewables, lubricants and specialties.
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by his/her superior, as determined from time to time in the supervisor's sole and complete discretion, including health and safety matters.
Preferred Experience:
A minimum of a Jurisprudence Doctorate Degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school is required.

Office based with travel up to 25% by land and air required. Subject to all weather and varying road conditions.
Petroleum refinery and out-of-doors environment including but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels, tanks, and rotating equipment.
