Golin is looking for a Digital Senior Associate to help our B2B and B2C clients engage and grow their social media audiences to drive online and offline impact. You'll work closely with the clients and Golin colleagues to identify relevant trends and real-time opportunities, propose brand-appropriate activations, manage content calendars, create, and schedule social content, and engage the clients' audiences through daily community management. Your role will include identifying influencers who are relevant to the brand and managing influencer relationships in a mutually beneficial way to maximize your client's investment. You'll integrate across digital platforms, and organic and paid channels to drive results. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter, detail-oriented, accountable and a team player.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct community management daily across several social platforms for B2B and B2C brands.
  • Work with creative and production teams to brainstorm, create, and publish content that engages communities and exposes the brands to new audiences, driving brand awareness, engagement and loyalty.
  • Write engaging, creative social and employee advocacy copy in respective brand's voice.
  • Manage social content calendars and schedule posts using publishing tools, including Sprinklr and Sprout Social.
  • Identify trends and proactive opportunities and develop brand-appropriate recommendations for our clients.
  • Advise clients on methods to elevate key spokespersons' social presence based on clients' objectives and social best practices.
  • Help to develop influencer strategies across industries, verticals and brand programs.
  • Use tools, like CreatorIQ, to develop influencer recommendations in line with brand objectives.
  • Manage the influencer process from identification and vetting to post-content delivery.
  • Work to help move forward influencer campaigns and logistics through tactics such as: maintaining budget trackers, drafting/updating influencer contracts, updating campaign Airtables, and obtaining influencer insurance and additional necessary program details.
  • Ensure all influencer engagements, both paid and organic, meet client and FTC guidelines.
  • Serve as a liaison between client teams and influencers to deliver mutually beneficial results.

What you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with 2+ years' experience at a digital, advertising, media, or PR agency.
  • A deep understanding of best practices and user dynamics and expectations for social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X and TikTok.
  • Excellent writing skills, including the ability to write concisely and switch between brand voices and tones.
  • The ability to ideate, write and develop content quickly.
  • Strong project management skills, from concept to delivery.
  • The ability to quickly pivot, prioritize deliverables, develop a plan of action and execute it, while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers and influencer identification, management, and measurement tools.
  • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives.
  • Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, curiosity, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback and apply it to future work.
  • A passion for client service.
  • Knowledge of AP Style.

This role is hybrid, with the expectation of 2 days a week in the Golin office working with Golin colleagues, and a third day spent onsite with clients as needed.

Salary range: $50,000-$70,000

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
