Purpose:

  • Responsible for overall coordination, leadership, and success of sales related to the US distribution channel.
  • Directly manage all regional distribution sales with respective distribution sales managers selling company wide PT and FP portfolio of products.

Accountabilities:

  • Individual accountabilities
  • Leads day to day activities for the distribution sales team
  • Prepares and represents distribution sales for PTFP BU at corporate meetings
  • Establish, implement, and acts per KPI
  • Develop and manage sales managers' operating budgets
  • Prepares sales report with analysis and actions
  • Shared accountabilities
  • Leads and contributes to the success of key and focus accounts
  • Specific marketing plans for the channel
  • Represents the company at trade associations
  • Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders
  • PTFP Leadership Team
  • Global PT Business Area Team
  • OEM Sales Team
  • CSC & MU Operation Team
  • Customer Solution Team
  • Product Management Team
  • Marketing Team

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of US sales leadership experience in industrial sales
  • Self-starter, action oriented, and inspiring leader driving hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication, negotiations, and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis with ability to create robust countermeasures
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stake holders
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or technical related field, MBA preferred
  • Strong computer skills and experience is MS office software, and CRM softwares (i.e. salesforce.com)
  • Must be able to work in the US
  • Must have valid US driver's license
  • Travel 50-75%
