General Purpose

The FSOP e-Commerce Analyst will perform data analysis for the 5 Market Units within the Coca Cola Southwest Beverages company in Food Service/On Premise (FSOP) sales and e-commerce.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Acts as the Subject Matter Expert eB2B sales and e-commerce.
  • Monitors all key operational and sales initiatives.
  • Create and Formulates reports against daily, weekly, and monthly targets and metrics.
  • Collaborates with Leadership, Field Sales, and Field Operations.
  • Monitors performance against eB2B and e-Commerce strategy.
  • Track progress against goals and targets of FSOP & e-Commerce (Revenue, Volume and Management Indicators)
  • Track, evaluate and analyze results to better understand the business and execute the core capabilities of eB2B and e-Commerce initiatives and deliver high performing results.
  • Collaborates with BSNA and CCNA e-Commerce and channel teams on strategies and tactics to serve our customers.
  • Assist with development of initiatives and strategies for operations (Market Units) General Managers, Sales Center Managers, Distribution Managers, Headquarters, MU offices, etc.
  • Provide a feedback loop to the e-Commerce Strategic Initiatives Manager on marketplace conditions (Distribution, Business Development and Commercial Strategy)
  • Build reports and analytic information to allow and make best decisions (revenue, transactions, volume, and average price, penetration, etc.) daily weekly and monthly
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Required)
  • 2-5 Years Sales, Operations and Data Analysis (Preferred)
  • 2-5 Years e-Commerce Experience (Preferred)
  • SAP Experience (Preferred)
  • MS Office Experience (Excel, Word, Access) (Preferred)
  • General Business Acumen
