Mesa Springs is looking for an experienced Clinical Program Manager to join our team! This full-time position has a set schedule of Monday from Friday, 730AM to 430PM at our Keller location! Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K, Insurance Benefits & more!

Position Details
- Provide oversight and lead all clinical staff.
- Supervise individual and group counseling, implement treatment modalities/process
- Assure high quality clinical care is provided to ensure clinical functions are integrated
- Responsible for ensuring the clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or is qualified by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
- State Licensure - Current unencumbered clinical social work or counseling license
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
Experience:
- Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
- Inpatient healthcare experience.
- Prior management experience.
