Job Description

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Facilities Coordinator to join a leading Company located in the Plano, TX.. Need to work onsite every day in Plano, TX, Long term contract.

The Facilities Coordinator responsibilities will revolve around vendor performance, and vendor management based on data-driven analytics.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Primary liaison between vendors and internal customers.
  • Conduct weekly vendor calls to discuss updates, exceptions, and standards. Review vendor performance and compliance.
  • Execute vendor management strategies for National Repair and Maintenance programs.
  • On-board and train contractors on CMMS software and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and effectiveness.
  • Identify and solve problems with repair and CapEx work orders.
  • Collaborate with different teams, departments, and site managers to address escalations.
  • Coordinate work with vendors across multiple trades.
  • Own resolution of permits, violations, and penalties involving AHJ.
  • Proactively communicate schedules, delays and exceptions to stakeholders.
  • Provide reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate vendor.
  • Assist with acquisition Due-Diligence, and post-acquisition implementation.
  • Validate work completed, invoicing, and asset data accuracy based on pre-selected.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • 3-5 years of experience; prior experience in facilities management, service organization, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external service providers and contractors is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and using CMMS software is preferred,
  • Strong communication skills are needed to interact with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Clear and concise communication is needed for this position
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and detailed reporting is crucial in ensuring consistent vendor deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and priorities
