ACP Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) is responsible for overall program management and integration of biophysical agent modalities and advanced rehab technologies by assisting their clients in identification of clinical and program opportunities, providing consultations related to enhancing patient treatment outcomes, and adding operational efficiencies. The clinical program consultant is responsible for managing ACP programs and technology integrations as the clinical expert within an assigned territory.

The Territory for this position wil include the following areas:

AREAS: Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex, Oklahoma, Colorado & Arizona

Your Impact

    Serves as a clinical program consultant to ACP partners and customers
  • Establishes and maintains excellent clinical and customer service
  • Provides clinical education, training and patient consultations to client facilities
  • Promotes superior clinical outcomes to achieve highly satisfied customers
  • Assist customers with marketing including patient success stories and/or patient outcome testimonials
  • Strategizes and problem solves with client personnel to minimize facility cancellations
  • Regularly communicates and interacts with the management team regarding customer issues and relations, growth opportunities
  • Maintains positive, professional relationships and communication with co-workers and management
  • Performs duties of Preventative Maintenance Program; including testing equipment to verify that the unit is operating correctly and within calibration
  • Maintain a high level of clinical acumen and industry knowledge
  • Assist with meeting regional, divisional, and company financial and operational goals.
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Five (5) or more years of related experience
  • Current licensure in physical therapy or occupational therapy as a registered therapist.
  • Long-Term Care or Geriatric Rehab Experience including knowledge of PDPM, Quality measures/5 Star ratings, Medicare and other LTC payer sources
  • Able to travel as needed including overnight stays and adjust work hours accordingly as well as manage travel (including air flights and rental cars)
  • A valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures, and reliable transportation
  • Computer proficient and familiar with software tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Zoom platform. Experience using an Ipad
  • Experience with using physical agent modalities and advanced rehab technologies
