Overview

A senior level sales position with primarily global accounts that requires relationship management throughout the US. Assigned to select global accounts to drive global sales activities in concert with the originating branch/country, with the aim of maximizing global/global participation via all KM sales offices world-wide.

This position will be responsible for leading the development and execution of KM's overall strategy in collaboration with Regional President, branch teams, MVPs, Regional VPs, Major Accounts and subject matter experts as required.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating the account strategy, managing/coordinating WW/Global implementations and roll-out plan, account QBR's with Corporate Headquarters, contract management and compliance and overall global sales performance. Participating Areas include the following:

  1. Strategy Development
  2. Quarterly Business Review
  3. RFP Development
  4. Pricing and Contract Development
  5. Account Review/Management
  • Strategy development on a global basis
  • Coordination of global resources to support customer
  • Responsible for communication to all KM team members
  • Development of customer contract; with review by Regional President

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 10+ years sales experience in related field
  • Proven success at building and working as part of a team.
  • Proven dedication to enabling quality through continuous improvement
  • Exhibits strong coaching, decision making and leadership skills
