The Regional Assistant Facilities Manager position will provide the delivery of services to operate and maintain a growing portfolio of properties including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, work order management and reporting, and supplier management. The position will also develop client relationships with key representatives supporting several of the portfolio's clients' real estate goals and objectives.
Your day to day: Work with Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance,repairand other facility management services for assigned facilities Lead role in monitoring and improving key stakeholder satisfaction for assigned facilities Manage by fact using available data to support decision making and issue resolution to ensure high quality facility management services at assigned facilities Manage quality of facility management services for assigned facilities including the daily delivery ofthird-partyservice contracts; interface with third party service providers to address service issues and needs; coordinate resolutions and activities Assist in the development and management of the detailed annual operating budget for each assignedfacilities Assist in the development and management of capital budgets for assigned facilities; ensure all equipment and work orders are documented in the CMMS and facility conditions are properly documented and monitored Provide support, development, and management of onsite staff Serve as key point of contact with client site leadership and occupants at assigned properties. Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan; achieve all KPI's/SLA's for assigned facilities Lead governance meetings for assigned facilities and develop monthly/quarterly budget variance reporting for assigned facilities on a timely basis. Perform appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting required by client. Ensure compliance with all Jones Lang LaSalle and client policies, procedures, and standards. Always performs work in a safe manner in compliance with JLL and client policies and requirements; identify and promptly rectify safety hazards; comply with all safety training requirements; Track and reports accident, incidents and near missesSet up and upkeep of client's guest reservation system (Proxyclick) Maintenance of client site pages on the client's intranet system including HTML coding (Hippo) Primary point of contact for JLL manned and unmanned client leased sites by property management and security, including emergencies and after hours. Use of leased site Building management systems to create WOs for the following Planned and unplanned maintenance Security issues Building access cards COI compliance Amenity access Coordinating use and set up of building owned conference centers. Visitor access Moves Construction Deliveries Environmental concerns (ex. Too Hot/Cold) Allother duties and tasks as assigned

To apply you need: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience Minimum of two years of industry experience required in either higher education, K-12, corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant Excellent customer, computer, managerial,verbaland written communication skills Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve assigned facility goals and objectives Ability to develop productive working relationship with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with client personnel and other third partiesin order toenhance the experience of facility users Experience with CMMS, Microsoft Office applications, basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical systems).
