About the role...
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as admin for ADP and Workforce Now.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Administer compensation and benefits systems and programs.
  • Analyze employment-related data, benefits, payroll, legal items, and prepare required reports.
  • Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training, and benefits programs. Includes working with benefits brokers and vendors.
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Assist with career development plans, performance management reviews, and leadership training.
  • Assume responsibility for the accurate preparation of HR related records and reporting.
  • Conduct audits on benefits, payroll, and employee files.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
  • Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
  • Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including reporting requirements.
  • Ensure HR team members are well informed of human resource policies and programs and answer any questions from the team.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Lead onboarding/orientation for all new hires with the help of our Global Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Maintain professional business relationships with HR vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor employee morale, company culture, and keep management informed of updates.
  • Partner with the Office Assistant and HR Team to event plan for employee perks and rewards.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
  • Provide management with information or training related to performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues.
  • Serve as administrator for employee benefits and renewals as well as 401k administration.
  • Strive to innovate benefits and stay competitive in the market.
Qualifications & Skills
  • The capacity for confidentiality and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Three years' experience with Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits.
  • Exposure to Human Resources and Payroll Compliance Law is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources is advantageous.
  • PHR/SHRM Certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) + 120 Hours PTO + 100% 401K matching (up to 4%). M-F, Daytime Hours. Work Environment: Hybrid.
