Summary:

In this role, you will perform regular compliance reporting and analytics for Excelerate's existing and new contracts. You will work with multiple data sources across several business lines to identify opportunities and create solutions to resolve business problems. You will present recommendations to management, member delivery and sourcing teams and provide guidance in selecting alternatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and report monthly and quarterly contract compliance for contracted Excelerate Product Spend categories.
  • Research and conduct analyses to produce results and identify solutions to complex problems.
  • Interpret statistical analysis based on market and product knowledge.
  • Design and create visuals, tables, and reports to support findings and develop recommendation.
  • Interpret results and provide key insights that will help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Analyze data to support Vizient and provider organization sourcing strategies, and ad hoc analytical reporting functions as needed.
  • Leverage acquired knowledge and Group purchasing organization (GPO) experience to analyze the non-pharmacy portfolio, focusing on medical-surgical and Physician Preference Items (PPI) categories.
  • Communicate persuasively and effectively to a wide range of internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in an analytical role required, preferably working with healthcare supply chain or compliance data.
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Formulas, Macros, MS SQL, VBA, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint and Word is required.
  • Experience creating worksheets and dashboards in Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools) are a plus.
  • Must be detailed and action oriented with high initiative and ability to think independently.
  • Skilled at teamwork and collaboration with focus on customer service
  • Ability to meet short deadlines, balance multiple tasks and achieve high levels of productivity and accuracy with minimal supervision.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
