Dynata is looking for a Senior Vice President , IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications. This role will own and deliver the technology strategy and operations to meet the organization's growth expectations. This individual is a visionary leader with a unique ability to partner with leaders & internal customers across the organization and still have a hands-on approach with the global technical team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring and managing IT infrastructure, networking, data center, Cloud (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).
• Oversee all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, enterprise applications and global support.
• Lead a large team of global professionals to ensure smooth operation of all technology systems.
• Provide leadership to the teams that support end users by handling escalations, resolving user issues and monitor performance of business-critical systems to prevent outages and quickly resolve ongoing issues.
• Provide guidance, planning and execution on disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• IT vendor management and support contract negotiations and budget management at an enterprise level.
• Work with engineering teams as a shared service support in creating and deploying standards and best practices.
• Provide global support to facilities management with regards to IT infrastructure, networking, and provisioning
• Engage and align top talent through strong recruitment, mentoring, hands-on architectural leadership, and career management.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the company.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Experience in Datacenter technologies (Networking, Storage, VMware, LINUX, Windows)
• Experience in Database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, SQL SRV, Cassandra, RDS)
• Experience in AWS required, Azure and Cloud preferred and managing DevOps at an enterprise level and scale.
• Ability to work with business and other technology teams.
• Ability to work with teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT leadership.
• Experience with managing a global IT footprint is required **
• Proven experience as a CIO or similar leadership role in a technology driven company.
• MBA degree preferred.
• Strong experience in IT operations and enterprise applications
• Good understanding of all aspects of information security
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Good Understanding of DevOps and implementing enterprise standards for CI/CD
• Strong experience in transforming AWS cloud operations.
• Experience in Data Center to Cloud transformation and experience in managing Data Center infrastructure.
• Ability to travel 10%.
