Summary:

In this role, you will identify, develop, and maintain strategic programs and / or highly complex enterprise projects using project management practices. You will establish project frameworks and ensure adherence of cross-functional resources and teams. May lead employees in project management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach others in effective collaboration skills to drive participation of the project team.

  • Lead strategic programs and / or highly complex enterprise projects and provide functional expertise to others internally and externally.

  • Serve as point of contact for escalations and review trends to identify and resolve issues.

  • Identify and implement additional needs for project governance metrics and reporting.

  • Oversee project management governance and delegate maintenance to ensure accuracy of assets (e.g., project management procedures, templates, and internal processes).

  • Ensure accuracy of all projects and tracks and updates budgets for assigned projects.

  • Forecast resource allocation for project portfolios and ensure accuracy of financials per reconciliation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. PMP certification is a plus.

  • 7 or more years of experience managing complex projects required.

  • Knowledge of healthcare supply chain sourcing processes and contracting categories is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and hold others accountable to plan.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and proven ability to define, plan and lead projects forward.

  • Detail oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills required.

  • Able to plan, organize and manage time across multiple tasks while working individually or as a member of a cross-functional team.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Familiarity with Smartsheet as a project management tool.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$102,400.00 - $152,200.00
