This individual will have an extensive background in spearheading projects that significantly improve operational efficiency and elevate user experiences. • Development: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Debugging and resolving complex issues in existing software. Completing work on time with little to no oversight.

• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with business analysts, solution architects, and fellow developers, converting requirements into scalable, sustainable automation solutions.

• Project Planning and Management: Contributing to project planning, including estimating timelines and resource requirements. Managing priorities and task assignments within the development team.

• Mentorship: Mentoring junior developers, providing guidance, and encouraging best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing RPA solutions, with at least 2 years focusing on UiPath.

• Experience with document understanding in the UiPath tech stack to include: crafting, testing, and launching RPA solutions via UiPath, especially focused on Document Understanding.

• API Integration building custom connectors to leverage APIs for seamless integrations between UiPath and diverse systems.

• Automation Engineering to include streamlining complex workflows, delivering solutions that are both scalable and aligned with business objectives.

• Ability to demonstrate competency in UiPath technical stack.
