Job Description

  1. Know, practice, & enforce the safe use of all equipment & materials employed in the course of assigned work. Conduct activities in a safe manner, observing all safety and environmental regulations.
  2. Effectively complete assigned work related to gypsum chemistry, formulation and mechanical properties.
  3. Under the direction of senior scientist, develop project plans and perform laboratory tests.
  4. Compile & review test data to determine follow-up experiments.
  5. Recognize & report new technology information relative to project work.
  6. Provide clear, complete, and accurate written documentation suitable for recreation of test activity, future reference, and development of intellectual property. Provide synopsis of key technical points related to project work result.


Job Requirements:
Qualifications

  1. College student working toward degree (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) from an accredited university in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) disciplines
  2. Good written and oral communication skills.
  3. Fundamental statistical data analysis skills.
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
