Summary:

The Radiology Imaging Department provides services focused on the imaging needs of children. We are dedicated to making the children's experience safe in an environment that is child and family-centered. The Radiographer is responsible for performing quality diagnostic imaging examinations by applying advanced clinical and technical knowledge and protocols. Accountable for maintaining strict attention to safe patient care in accordance with organization and department policies and procedures. Knowledgeable of regulatory compliance standards and radiation safety, maintaining departmental compliance in collaboration with the Radiation Safety Officer. Schedule: (8am - 5pm) 2 days per week - Mondays at Denton clinic, Fridays atSouthlake clinic.

Required Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Graduation from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.

  • Experience working in pediatrics preferred.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification:

  • ARRTCertified Medical Radiologic Technologist

  • CPR certification
