Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing North America and based in Denton, TX, the Director Product Marketing - Equipment Solutions will play a critical role in developing and driving transformational growth for the product line in North America. This key product leadership position will oversee a product portfolio of equipment solutions and lead a geographically diverse team of approximately 4 product marketing professionals. The role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and profitable revenue growth in North America. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, high energy, positive and competitive individual with a strong desire to win.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Own product line P&L for the region and drives profitable growth in sales and market share.

* Design and execute marketing initiatives to leverage our innovative suite of products to grow our customer and distributor base, maximize revenue growth.

* Lead a group of product managers to develop and execute business plans. Acts as a product evangelist and cross-functional leader who unites marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to drive business results.

* Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work culture, driving associate engagement and retention.

* Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice sharing.

* Drive both strategic and tactical pricing for the business line. Work with sales team to pursue commercial opportunities and help the sales team close deals with customers.

* Work with regional sales teams to implement an effective commercial strategy to win in equipment solutions.

* Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing to make delivery, quality and servicing performance a key competitive differentiator.

* Own product strategy and roadmap for equipment solutions business in the region. Partner with sales organization to develop and drive product line specific growth actions.

* Define target segments to pursue, map needs for these segments and, in collaboration with global product marketing and engineering, translate these needs into offerings and services roadmaps.

* Bring new products to market, lead the of launch strategy, planning, deliverables, timelines and more to ensure maximum revenue impact by product line.

* Lead 80/20 efforts for product line simplification in the region for the portfolio and partners with sales and operations to drive measurable improvements in reducing complexity.

* Update marketing material and collaterals to clearly demonstrate ESAB's value proposition for target segments while illustrating the solution approach for these segments.

* Work with marketing communication to innovate ways to reach and deliver the value proposition message to target customers.

* Provide product trainings to sales, field marketing and channel partners.

* Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the portfolio progress. Uses data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and drive growth initiative.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required. Master's or relevant advanced degree preferred.

* 10+ years of Marketing leadership experience, preferably within the welding, industrial or manufacturing sectors.

* Demonstrated success launching and promoting industrial products.

* Progressive Marketing experience with proven success expanding market presence and creating and implementing successful marketing initiatives.

* Compelling storyteller who can translate technical features into customer benefits that resonate deeply with our target audiences.

* Experience managing pricing processes with cross-functional partners.

* Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

* Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

* Proficiency in market analysis, segmentation and competitive intelligence.

* Leads with compassion and empathy to build a culture of ownership and accountability.

* Empathetic leader with the demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

* Ability to travel up to 50% required.
