Halff has an immediate opening for a Civil Engineer (P.E.) to be our Project Manager with our Transportation/Advanced Planning team out of our Richardson, TX office. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years of experience in TxDOT Advanced Planning projects in the consulting industry. The successful candidate should have experience working on multi-discipline TxDOT projects and be able to oversee/lead transportation planning project development. In addition to project delivery responsibilities, candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage personnel, budgets, schedule and sub consultants.
